Building Shakti Mahila Sangh

In the past year, Shakti Mahila Sangh (SMS) has experienced substantial growth and enhanced efficiency. Expanding its reach to 814 villages and building a membership base of 28,540 women across seven districts in Madhya Pradesh, SMS achieved a gross portfolio outstanding of INR 38.1 crore as of March 2019, marking a 22% increase from the previous year. Notably, the organization focused on internal portfolio growth, achieving 65% of the gross portfolio as its own (INR 24.65 crore).
